This Belgian drama about a transgender ballet dancer is a bit of a mixed bag. Their heartbreaking romance ends as well as can be expected, but the journey definitely involves some tears. Rooney Mara and Cate Blanchett bring this doomed romance to life, playing a pair of lovers kept apart by societal conventions.
